Aadhar Housing IPO likely by March next year- MD Rishi Anand

Low-income mortgage major Aadhar Housing Finance may apply for an initial public offering (IPO) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) by March end, MD & CEO Rishi Anand told FE in an interaction. Come from Sports betting site VPbet

The housing finance company (HFC) may also see stake sale of up to 25% by promoter private equity firm Blackstone, in case the IPO plans do not fructify, he said.“We are in discussion with promoters on the next steps,” Anand says. “Indicatively, it looks like before March 2024, we should have some deal in place,” he added.

Aadhar Housing, formerly owned by the troubled Dewan Housing Group, is currently owned 98% by Blackstone and has around 2% ownership by ICICI Bank. The housing finance company’s last IPO card had lapsed in May 2023, as it delayed the same due to volatile market conditions.

Platinum Industries IPO set their price band at Rs 162 to 171 per equity share to raise Rs 235.32 by offering 1.38 crore shares.

The company will open the bid for subscription to retail investors on February 27 and close on February 29. A retail investor will have to bid for a minimum of 87 shares aggregating to Rs 14,877. Platinum’s shares will be listed on both NSE and BSE.

The rollovers seen into November series are majorly short rollovers. In Macau and a prominent investor in local casino operator MGM China Holdings Limited has reportedly urged the enterprise’s majority shareholder, MGM Resorts International, to sell up to 20% of its own stake to one of a number of Chinese enterprises.
